Mrs. Kesharbai Sonajirao Kshirsagar Alias kaku Arts, Science & Commerce College Beed.(M.S.) run by Navgan Shikshan Sanstha Rajuri (N) was established in June 1971 by Honourable late Kesharbai Sonajirao Kshirsagar Alias kaku ( Ex. Member of Parliament) with a noble & foresighted vision to provide higher education to rural youth. The college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The College is educational types of institute recognized by UGC under sections 2(F) and 12(B). The college is now a fully fledged Multi-Faculty institution with Strength of students about 3500. The college runs Junior Stream Arts, Science & Commerce & M.C.V.C. Under Graduate Courses like B.A. with Subjects English, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Physical Education, Geography, Home-Science, Dramatics, Music, Public administration, Psychology.  Under graduate faculty of Science B.Sc. offers Subject Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Microbiology, and Computer Science. The college runs under graduate Commerce faculty B.Com. The College also runs  B.VOC programs. The college runs P.G. courses in various subjects like English, Marathi, Hindi, Political Science, Geography, Music, Home Science, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science and commerce.

          The College is accredited by NAAC in 2004 and awarded B+ grade with (75.55 score) in first cycle. In second cycle college is reaccredited by NAAC in 2011 and awareded  'A' grade with (CGPA 3.11). In third cycle college is reaccerdited as per revised accreditation framework (RAF) in 2018 and got 'A' grade with (CGPA 3.18). These NAAC accredition results indicate that institute is continuously increases growth and quality in higher education.  The college regularly done green, energy, enviromental, gender euity audit and ISO audit through external auditing agency.

                 The College provides facilities like gym, sports, canteen , consumer store     (Grahak Bhandar), pure drinking water cooler, ICT halls, well furnished teaching halls, well equipped laboratories, huge indoor games Auditorium, health care centre, girls hostel ( Capacity of 100 girls), Medicinal botanical garden, Competitive examination coaching center, language laboratory for effective communication.  Library is having plenty of books (approximately 92,000), research journals, magazines, E-library, MOPAC  facility having e-sources. Separate reading rooms for girls & boys are made available.

          Department of Home science, Microbiology, Zoology, Botany, Hindi, Marathi, English, Commerce  recognized as research centers for Ph.D. students. More than 22 research guides in various subjects doing effective research work in various fields. 140 students are doing research in various subjects.  The College organizes tours, visits in all subjects at various places industries, museum etc. Remedial coaching for slow learners run effectively by each department. Departmental library is available to provide extra books for needy students. Seven well ecquiped  ICT halls are available for modern teaching learning process, with modern facility.

          College arranges various Co-curricular & extracurricular activity like debate competition, elocution competition, essay writing competition, speech events, science exhibition. College organizes state level debating competition in the honour of Sonajirao Kshirsagar per year and winners are honoured with rotating silver trophy. Our N.S.S, N.C.C, Lifelong learning and extension department conducts society oriented programmer like blood donation camps, health awareness rallies, cleanliness camp, national integration camp, tree plantation, eco-friendly awareness programmes, literacy programmes. Student mentoring system plays an important role to solve over all problems of students. Earn and learn scheme is available for needy students.

          Department of Dramatics and Music won more than 220 prizes at state level & other various competitions. Many students of our drama & music  department play role in professional dramas, T.V. serials & in various films. Our sports department is extra- ordinary which plays an important role to provide best players for University team.
