FACILITIES
The Microbiology department is committed to provide state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, ensuring excellence and quality education for students, with activities planned and executed annually.
The department have well-furnished, spacious laboratories designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment. The laboratories are equipped with adequate natural and artificial lighting and proper ventilation to ensure a healthy atmosphere for students and staff. The flooring and laboratory workbenches are made of durable, easy-to-maintain materials that support hygiene and safety standards.
The laboratory provides comfortable working conditions with sufficient workspace for each student. It is well-equipped with all essential instruments and apparatus required for the smooth conduct of practical sessions for B.Sc. students.

The laboratory setup is adequate for conducting UG practical classes, and it also supports PG practical work and research activities with the available infrastructure and equipment.
Additionally, the laboratory is attached to a well-furnished staff room, providing separate seating arrangements for each faculty member to facilitate academic planning and student guidance.
The department is equipped with a computer and internet facility, supporting teaching, learning, research work, and academic documentation.

Departmental Library
The department has a dedicated Departmental Library with a collection of 50 reference books, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate, and research-level studies in Microbiology. The library provides easy access to subject-related textbooks, reference materials, and competitive examination resources.
Remedial Classes
Remedial classes are conducted for slow learners to strengthen their conceptual understanding and improve academic performance. These sessions provide additional academic support and personalized guidance.
