Annual Gathering Report

         As per Strategic plan, for the organization of annual gathering the college conduct meeting under the guidance of principal. Different issues like, organization of science exhibition, Sport competition for students and staff, Funfair, musical programme, cultural programme, fishpond, formation of various committee etc. were discussed regarding the smooth functioning of annual gathering.

         In the exhibition, department of Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Mathematics, Physics, Computer science from Science Discipline and Geography, Home Science and Library from Social Science demonstrated the experiments, models and posters on recent trends and burning issues. The examiner examines the all exhibition and declares the winners. Similarly Sport department organizes indoor and outdoor games for students and staffs.   The winners are awarded by the chief guest in the valedictory function. Funfair committee arrange minimum 15 funs, department of music organize one musical session it contents Marathi, Hindi songs, lokgeet, and folk culture. Similarly department of dramatics arrange group dance, individuals dance, and department of Marathi, Hindi, English, Urdu present play.  Before valedictory function college arranges lunch for all students and staff every year. Lastly, in valedictory function the winners of all events and games are awarded by the chief guest.
